Tim Arnold is Executive Vice President of Voluntary Benefits at Unum Group and President of Colonial Life. He is responsible for shaping an enterprise-wide approach to voluntary benefits while continuing to lead Colonial Life and is renowned for his motivational leadership. Tim joined Colonial Life in 2011 and has served as an executive leader across many key functions. Previously, he worked at Unum for 27 years, during which he held leadership positions in underwriting, corporate planning, client services, national accounts sales and benefits. Tim proudly serves on the boards of the United Way of the Midlands, Columbia College and American Heart Association Southeast. He earned a bachelor's degree in Management and an MBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Tim holds the professional designations of Associate, Life and Health Claims and Fellow, Life Management Institute.

Trish McFarlane is the CEO and Principal Analyst for H3 HR Advisors, is co-host of the At Work in America podcast on the HR Happy Hour Network alongside Steve Boese. She is also the creator of the HR Happy Hour WORK BREAK! vlog. A former HR executive and HCM product leader with over 20 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting, PR, healthcare, manufacturing, and IT, Trish brings that knowledge to her clients as an analyst and advisor. Trish graduated from Webster University with an MA in Human Resource Management, and also holds a BA in Sociology and Minor in Political Science from the University of Missouri. She's a working mother who loves writing, doing anything artistic, and volunteering for organizations that help children.

Steve Boese is one of the Co-founders of H3 HR Advisors and is also currently the Program Chair and host of the HR Technology Conference, the world's largest gathering of the global HR Technology community, and a columnist for Human Resource Executive magazine. He is also a frequent speaker and author on topics in Human Resources, HR technology, and the workplace. Steve co-hosts the "At Work in America" Podcast (formerly the HR Happy Hour Show), a part of the HR Happy Hour Media Network, and is the longest running and most downloaded podcast in the Human Resources field. In 2022 he co-created and launched the "Workplace Minute" the evolution of the "HR Happy Hour Show on Alexa", which was the first Human Resources podcast for Amazon Alexa-enabled devices. Steve has spoken at numerous events in Human Resources and HR technology all over the world, including events in Barcelona, Singapore, and Shanghai.

Johnson is responsible for launching and scaling solutions for both Unum and Colonial Life's small and core business markets. With deep experience in human capital management (HCM) solutions and technology, her extensive career has spanned industries, including benefits, healthcare, staffing and manufacturing.
