  • Caring Spirit Giving Campaigns: Through our Caring Spirit Giving Campaigns, employees give back to their communities through organized company initiatives that focus on priority needs.
  • Matching gifts program: Employee contributions are matched $1 to $1 for qualified nonprofits, up to $10,000 per full-time employee in a calendar year.
  • Employee Care Fund: Eligible employees can qualify for cash grants for essential needs following catastrophic events like hurricanes and floods, as well as personal disasters such as house fires and burst pipes. The company and employees both contribute to this fund.
We’re proud to be the naming rights partner of the Colonial Life Arena, a premier sports and entertainment arena in Columbia, SC, and home to University of South Carolina men’s and women’s basketball teams. With an 18,600-seating capacity, this venue also hosts top concerts, conferences and family events year-round — reflecting our deep roots in the community.
