Wendy Gibson

Senior Vice President, Client Success

Mrs. Gibson is responsible for client satisfaction efforts across onboarding, billing and ongoing client service. She assumed this role in February 2022.

Prior to her current position, Gibson provided leadership in a variety of different organizations at Unum. Her most recent responsibility was in corporate services with the notable accomplishment of delivering workplace transformation in primary home office locations. She has had strategic accountability for both contact centers and service operations after beginning her career in underwriting.

Gibson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia. She sits on the Chattanooga Charitable Contributions Board and is board co-chair of the Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Group. She is an active member of the Signal Centers Board of Directors and former board member with Ronald McDonald House of Chattanooga.
